Our Story

Born from Mavouna Avocats

African Legal Factory was created by Mavouna Avocats, a law firm exclusively dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs across Africa.

Mavouna Avocats is above all the story of lawyers who practiced both in Europe and across Africa within leading international law firms and decided to approach the profession differently—by combining two passions: law and technology.

From this conviction, African Legal Factory was born: a virtual legal infrastructure designed to address the real needs of African entrepreneurs, combining the rigor of an international law firm with the agility of a legaltech company.
