African Legal Factory is the first legal content and services platform dedicated exclusively to African entrepreneurs.

This platform’s mission is to provide entrepreneurs with the legal tools they need to enter the arena of this beautiful and difficult battle that is entrepreneurship. A legally sound company is a better-valued company. So we decided to become value creators.

This platform was created by Mavouna Avocats, a law firm dedicated exclusively to providing legal support to entrepreneurs in Africa. Mavouna Avocats is above all the story of lawyers who have practiced in Europe and on the African continent within international law firms, and who have decided to practice their profession differently by combining two passions: law and new technologies.

We’re creating a true virtual infrastructure that will enable all entrepreneurs on the continent to achieve greater success in their projects, and no longer make legal aspects an obstacle.

To this end, we’ve decided to provide as much information and practical legal advice as possible, in order to create a real community of mutual assistance between lawyers and entrepreneurs.

We also offer affordable legal services. Accessibility is also a question of price: we are developing technologies that will enable lawyers to work faster and therefore more cheaply.
