The LLC, or limited liability company, is a form of commercial company. The LLC is regulated mainly by the provisions of Law 5-96 on general partnerships, limited partnerships, limited partnerships with shares, limited liability companies and joint ventures. This law has been amended several times by laws 82-99, 21-05, 24-10 and 21-19.
