Live training: How to negotiate and draw up a commercial contract

This training course is designed to help you learn how to negotiate and master the main clauses of your commercial contracts.
Every day, a start-up has to negotiate and sign commercial contracts as part of its relations with partners or customers (partnership contracts, SAAS software contracts or freelance contracts).
These commercial contracts are sometimes signed for a long time, so it’s vital for your startup not to find itself locked into a contract with unbalanced terms for you. By learning to read and negotiate your commercial contracts perfectly, you’ll be able to control the terms of your collaborations more easily.

Who should attend this course to learn how to negotiate a commercial contract?

  • Entrepreneurs looking to learn how to negotiate commercial contracts;
  • incubators who want to know how to support their start-ups, and also understand how to negotiate their own contracts;
  • people who want to master the essential clauses of service contracts, SaaS contracts and General Terms and Conditions from A to Z .

You could embark on endless Internet searches… However

There remains a huge PROBLEM…

Where can I find transparent information? It’s very difficult to know all the tricks of the trade… … And above all to know what works today, rather than what has worked in the past. The lack of precise information raises further questions:

  • What are the mandatory contract clauses?
  • What are the criteria for the validity of a commercial contract?
  • How can penalties be applied in the event of breach of contract?
  • What are the legal obstacles?
  • How can you avoid lengthy, pointless negotiations?

So many questions that you end up giving up…
It’s precisely to give you all the right answers, that I’ve set up the online training:

The keys to successful sales negotiation

The first 100% online conference, where an expert trains you live! RECEIVE his expert advice, gained from years of experience working with startups. IMAGINE finally succeeding in negotiating the essential clauses to contractually protect your startup vis-à-vis suppliers and customers?

Let me introduce myself

I’m Sonia Mavouna, a lawyer at the Paris bar. Also founder of African Legal Factory, the first legal training platform for African entrepreneurs and lawyers. During my career, I’ve worked with some of the most prestigious investment funds on transactions in French-speaking Africa. Do you know Actis, Améthis, Wendel, DPI and Helios? I’ve noticed that lawyers are very expensive inFrench-speaking Africa. There was very little legal support to match the budgets and technological needs of start-ups. So I decided to launch the African Legal Factory to provide entrepreneurs with legal training and contractual support.
